About Our Store
What kind of products do you sell?
We specialize in all things horrifying! Our inventory includes:
- Alien and classic monster masks
- Clown costumes and accessories
- Animatronics and animated props
- Bloody/gory decorations
- Costume wigs, hats, robes, and shoes
- Specialty items like cobweb machines
Where is your store located?
Our haunted headquarters is located at 787 Red Dog Road, Charlotte, US 28208. While we don’t have a physical storefront open to the public, all our nightmares are carefully packaged and shipped from this location.
Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and JCB, as well as PayPal for those who prefer an extra layer of security for their transactions.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely! We use industry-standard encryption to protect your payment information. Your financial details are safer with us than a virgin in a haunted house.
Do you offer gift cards or certificates?
Not currently, but what better gift than the gift of terror? Consider purchasing a horrifying item as a gift instead!
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We ship our horrors worldwide with two exceptions:
- Most Asian countries (due to shipping restrictions)
- Certain remote locations
What are my shipping options?
We offer two terrifyingly good shipping options:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95) – Delivered by DHL or FedEx in 10-15 days after shipping (1-2 day processing)
- Free Shipping – For orders over $50, delivered by EMS in 15-25 days after shipping (1-2 day processing)
How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders take 1-2 business days to process before shipping. After that:
- Standard Shipping: 10-15 days after shipping
- Free Shipping: 15-25 days after shipping
International orders may take longer due to customs clearance, which we have no control over.
Can I track my order?
Yes! All orders come with tracking information. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. You can then follow your package’s terrifying journey to your doorstep.
Do I have to pay customs fees?
For international orders, some countries may charge customs fees or import taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
If your nightmare doesn’t meet expectations, you have 15 days from delivery to initiate a return. Conditions apply:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Custom or special order items cannot be returned
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your horror item arrives damaged, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll work with you to either replace the item or issue a refund – we want your experience with us to be horrifying in the best way possible!
Can I exchange an item?
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, you’ll need to return the original item (following our return policy) and place a new order for the item you want.
Product Questions
Are your masks and costumes true to size?
Most of our items are true to size, but we recommend checking individual product descriptions for specific sizing information. When in doubt, measure yourself and compare to the product’s size chart – we’d hate for your terrifying transformation to be ruined by poor fit!
Are your props and decorations reusable?
Many of our props and decorations are designed for multiple uses, but this varies by product. Check individual product descriptions for details. With proper storage and care, most items can haunt your home for many seasons to come.
Do you sell authentic movie replica costumes?
While we don’t sell officially licensed movie replicas, we do offer many similar-looking items that will help you achieve that iconic horror look without the Hollywood price tag.
Are your products safe for children?
Some of our products may be too intense for young children. We clearly mark age recommendations on product pages when applicable. When in doubt, check product details or contact us for more information. Remember: nightmares aren’t just for kids!

Can I suggest a product for you to carry?
