Return Policy: When Nightmares Don’t Meet Expectations

We stand by the quality of our horrors, but if something isn’t quite terrifying enough, you have 15 days from delivery to initiate a return. Please note:

• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Custom or special order items cannot be returned
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
